Document Description
This project proposes to expand this 4.79 acre Limited Industrial parcel’s established self-storage facilities. The project includes Administrative Design Review for a 55,170 sq ft two-story storage facility located between two existing storage buildings. The proposal would maximize the buildable space on this parcel by adding the proposed building and reconfiguring the existing septic leach line. Six standard parking spaces, and 1 ADA-compliant spaces are proposed. The site is relatively level so minimal earthwork will be required. Grading, drainage and building permits are required. The property is located at 22684 Broadway, Sonoma (APN 128-422-062). Supervisorial District 1.
