The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. 1600-MON-35698-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant,
Mohammad Iraj Rezai.
The Project includes remediation activities to address impacts to the Carmel River from unauthorized activities.
Project activities include removal of previously installed features, nonnative vegetation removal, and vegetation
planting and maintenance.
