Document Description
The project consists of grading, drainage and asphalt paving to facilitate bus turnaround, as well as construction of a new transit shelter to Town Standards, which will provide ADA compliant pedestrian access and will have a useful life of over 20 years. Other associated site improvements include parking spaces, concrete pedestrian ramp and sidewalk pavement for bus boarding, a bike rack and safety lighting. The project enables the Town to extend public transit service more than 0.5 miles further into the Old Mammoth neighborhood beyond the existing turnaround point.
