Document Description
The CA Department of Water Resources (DWR) is planning to enter into two non-exclusive access easement agreements over three parcels of land in support of the Morrow Island Distribution System (MIDS). The Access Easement Agreements will grant DWR access over Morrow Lane and the Morrow Lane Bridge which crosses Goodyear Slough, as well as access along the unnamed road leading to the entrance to MIDS in Suisun Marsh, Solano County. The purpose of the access easements acquisitions is for continued access to Morrow Island and MIDS for facilities operation and maintenance purposes. DWR is not proposing to change the existing use of access roads.
