Document Description
Extend a second toll expressed lane along eastbound SR-91 approximately 1.5 miles from the SR-91/I-15 express lane connector diverge point to merge into the existing high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane east of the Promenade Avenue overcrossing. The existing express lane through this section is separated from the general purpose (GP) lanes by a buffer with channelizers and will remain in its current configuration and become the GP number 1 lane at the Promenade Avenue overcrossing. Project construction involves stripping modifications to accommodate the extended express lane and modification of existing sign panels. All construction activity will occur within the existing SR-91 paved right-of-way.
