Document Description
The proposed project includes construction of a two-sided digital billboard adjacent to and abutting the State Route 91 (SR-91) right-of-way in the city of La Palma, California, 90623. The proposed billboard will be located on a parcel on the north side of SR-91, which is currently occupied by a commercial building. The proposed billboard would be approximately 92-feet tall and the digital display would be approximately 50-feet wide by 16-feet tall. The project includes the removal of 20 eucalyptus trees within the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) right-of-way. There are no other improvements associated with the proposed project.
