Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for access to Standish-Hickey State Recreation Area to allow for the trimming of one (1), 75-ft tall, 22-in. DBH Douglas fir tree, adjacent to the Garberville 1101 12 kilovolt (kV) Distribution line. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
