Document Description
This project will enhance vehicular circulation and pedestrian safety by creating a "No Parking" restriction and a "Passenger Loading Only" zone on Washington Avenue, just west of State Drive, for the Healthcare center and TCAT bus stop located there. Project will consist of installing ''No Parking" and "Passenger Loading Only" signs along with painting the curb red and white as described, in the unincorporated community of Earlirnart, CA.
ln response to concerns regarding traffic and pedestrian safety with parked vehicles preventing the intended use of the roadway frontage, the Tulare County Resource Management Agency (RMA) investigated these concerns and determined that a "No Parking" restriction along with a "Passenger Loading Only" zone at this location would improve the situation and restore the frontage to its intended use.
