Document Description
On April 17, 2023, CDFW issued a Notice of Violation of FGC 1602 in response to the unauthorized construction of a revetment structure, constituting substantial change of the bed and bank (approximately 60-linear-feet), resulting in the obstruction and diversion of the natural flow of Jacoby Creek. This structure comprised 24 galvanized rods, 8 stainless steel strips, 24 galvanized screws, and approximately 50 assorted rocks gathered from the property. The project is limited to one encroachment for the removal of that revetment structure and restoration of the bed and banks to natural condition. Work shall be conducted by hand, limited to the use of hand tools, and conducted in a manner that minimizes erosion and sediment delivery. All work must be completed prior to October 15, 2023.
