Document Description
Grant a Right of Way (ROW) to allow for the construction of a roadway between Empire Grade, through Wilder Ranch State Park, to a neighboring private property, to provide access for fuel reduction operations on the private property. All work conducted in association with the ROW permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
