Area 2: 2.50 acres 7649 Marvin Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307 (APN: 518-040-03). Residential land use and undeveloped. Annexation of this parcel is for purposes of in-fill. Area 3: 0.97 acres 7960 S. Union Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93307 (APN: 518-080-06). Undeveloped and vacant. Planned development focuses on the creation of a gas station and related services. Area 4: 0.52 acres 6905 Union Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93307 (APN: 516-010-17). Residential land use. Annexation of this parcel is for purposes of in-fill.
