Document Description
This project requests approval of a Minor Boundary Line Adjustment between Assessor's Parcel Numbers 074-202-003, 074-202-004 and 074-211-057 which comprises a gross area of approximately 6.0 acers. All three parcels are owned by the same family. APN 074-202-004 is vacant. The adjustment would dissolve 074-202-004 and distribute the area to the other two parcels - APN 074-202-003 would receive approximately 0.90AC which is largely flat and has historically been used as the garden and yard area for 074-202-003.The remaining 0.5AC is a forested slope and will be added to APN 074-211-057 which will provide an element of privacy to the existing house on -057. There is no future construction planned. The division of 074-202-004 will improve the usability and quality of both of the proposed resultant parcels.
