Document Description
The project is a use permit to allow a contractor’s storage yard. Proposed improvements include an 11,100-square-foot building containing 7,500 square feet of warehouse space and 3,600 square feet of office space, 166,500 square feet of outdoor storage space, 16,000-square-foot paved parking area, landscaping, and other ancillary site improvements. Activities during construction would include grading, trenching, paving, striping and general construction activities. The facility would employ approximately 11 employees and operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday.
