Document Description
An existing concrete and asphaltic concrete pedestrian walkway “loops” around an existing storm drainage “pond” at Buchanan Park which has deteriorated. Significant damage to the walkway has occurred from tree roots and the “pond” has experienced recedence. Buchanan Park Pond Loop Rehabilitation Project is the replacement of portions of the current walkway that loops around the pond, installation of river rock, clearing and grubbing, and the removal of invasive vegetation within the pond. The park is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Buchanan Road and Habor Street in the Governmental and Quasipublic (GQ) district and the Park General Plan classification.
