The current proposal requests a minor modification of the Project description from the Project’s certified IS/MND, to install two 4-inch electrical conduits measuring approximately 222 feet long (444 feet total). These conduits will extend from an existing SMUD utility pole north of the field on Park Road, pass beneath Arcade Creek, and connect to the existing SMUD utility box at Renfree Field. This addition is necessary in order to supply electricity to the new facilities identified in the 2024 IS/MND.

Regional Park is an approximately 630-acre, multi-use park and includes Harry Renfree Field. The Project site (Renfree Field, a section of Bridge Road, and the open space to the west— Owl Creek Terrace) is approximately 8.33 acres. It is located on the western portion of Sacramento County Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 240-0342-011-0000, an approximately 76-acre parcel.
