The original construction of the facilities was authorized by Streambed Alteration Agreement #5- 057-99, and the routine maintenance of the facilities was previously authorized by Streambed Alteration Agreement #1600-2013-0178-R5. This project is a continuation of activities authorized by Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2013-0178-R5.
