The proposed project consists of a comprehensive update to the Santee Town Center Specific Plan (TCSP) to modify or establish new land use designations, land uses, development standards, and conceptual guidelines that would apply to future development within the TCSP area. As part of this effort, the City of Santee would also make modifications to the Arts & Entertainment District and provide objective design standards and conceptual designs for strategic Housing Element sites within the TCSP.
