Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-31900-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Fey Egan, Representing CAL FIRE – Jackson Demonstration State Forest (JDSF). The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is to install the Reid (REI) flume in the Richardson sub-watershed, tributary to South Fork Caspar Creek (RIC in Exhibit A). Work for the encroachment will include excavation of the banks and channel; installation of base rock and a steel sub-frame; concrete pier, foundation, and approach ramp form construction, pouring, and curing; installation of a flume and associated walls; sealing with bentonite clay; and backfilling and compaction of fill. All work will be performed using hand tools.
