Section 15302, Class 2 Replacement or Reconstruction, Project involves the replacement of a 700-square-foot wooden deck with a new structure in the same location and purpose as the structure replaced. Section 15304, Minor Alterations to Land, Project involves minor alterations to land related to road improvements that do not involve the removal of mature trees.
