Document Description
A proposal for a guest ranch with 12 guest ranch buildings at an existing Equestrian facility. The guest ranch units will be used for short-term and long-term stays. Additional buildings for storage and a gift shop remodel of an existing garage building are also proposed. The project includes additional landscaping and paved parking areas. All seven of the existing mobile homes established as part of a migrant worker mobile home park approval will remain in addition to an existing groundkeepers residence. The proposed Project site is located within the Eastern Coachella Valley portion of the County of Riverside, in the community of Vista Santa Rosa. The site is comprised of one parcel identified as Riverside County Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 764-130-027. The Project site is currently vacant but previously disturbed for agricultural purposes. The Project site has a General Plan Land Use designation of Rural Residential (RR) and zoning designation of Controlled Development Areas (W-2).
