Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-39195-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Belaire Homeowners Association as represented by Dwight Peterson. The Project consists of routine vegetation management activities along the fence line of seven homes located between 1661 Laurel Canyon Way (tract 10168-1 lot 23) and 1697 Laurel Canyon Way (tract 10168-1 lot 28) and the Belaire sewer line service road (Exhibit 1B). The vegetation management activities involve tree trimming and the removal of non-native trees and weedy invasives along the fence line of the homes. Maintenance activities are expected to occur bi-annually, from the end of February to the beginning of March and from the end of October to the beginning of November. All weeding will be done by hand; no mechanized equipment will be used other than chain saws and weed eaters.
