Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes a project in Kern County near Lost Hills on State Route 33 from south of State Highway 46 to the Kern/Kings County Line. This project is to cold plane 0.10’ AC and place 0.10’ Bonded Weary Course Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt Gap Graded (BWC RHMA-G) over existing AC pavement from PM 60.17 to PM 68.00 and may require dig-out and shoulder backing. From PM 68.00 to PM 73.74, this project proposed dig-out only at various locations where failed pavement occurred. All work for this project will be performed within existing right of way. Work off the paved roadway is proposed.
