San Rafael City Schools proposes phased capital improvements at Terra Linda High School. Phase 1 (June 2024–August 2025) would involve the rehabilitation of the existing aquatics center and modernization of physical education support spaces; Phase 2 (June 2026–December 2028) would involve the modernization of the main school buildings; and Phase 3 (June 2029–December 2029) would involve improving the existing track and field, installing new artificial turf at the baseball and softball fields, and replacing the tennis courts.
