Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry to the Stanislaus County Fire Department to Turlock Lake State Recreation Area, to allow removal of California State Parks (CSP) non-historic facilities consistent with the terms of Paragraph 9 of the existing lease, which both authorizes and obligates CSP to remove the facilities from the premises within a reasonable time after expiration of the term or other termination of the lease. The lease was terminated under the terms of Paragraph 17, based on DPR ceasing operations for at least one continuous year. Said facilities are in the Tuolumne River Campground area, the Headquarters/Employee Housing area, and the Day Use Area of the former DPR park unit.
