Document Description
To install a Broadband Network Infrastructure on State Route 168 in Fresno County from PM T32.71 to PM 44.70, Fiber Optic Conduit (FOC) 1-2 inch diameter with fiber optic cable will be crossing Dry Creek Culvert at PM 34.6 The FOC will be placed in a 2 feet to 6 feet deep trench (4.2 feet typical depth) on each end of the existing box culvert. Horizontal directional drilling will be used to install FOC underneath the dry creek box culvert.

The project is also exempt under the Class 4, Minor Alterations to Land categorical exemption (CEQA CCR, Title 14, Section 15304), because the project involves minor public alterations in the condition of the land which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
