The project includes renovation/expansion of existing interior restrooms with expansion to make ADA Accessible, renovation of Assembly Room and Kitchen, addition of new Multipurpose Teen Room and Storage Room on North side of the building adjacent to the Assembly Room, interior upgrades to the staff office and storage area, renovation of exterior façade and parking lot, upgrades to the roof and flashing including new HVAC systems, upgrades to the electrical switch gear, upgrades to the fire and security systems, and a redesign of the landscaping and irrigation surrounding the building. Minor hardscape work will be performed as required.
