Document Description
The project proposes removing existing multi-zone heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) rooftop equipment including return fans, exhaust fans, piping, ductwork, controls, and electrical services and replacing with new rooftop packaged multi-zoned unit and new condensate piping. Also, the existing gas-fired boiler, pumps and all accessories associated with the boiler system and ice storage chiller, pumps, piping and all accessories associated with the chiller will be removed from the mechanical yard. Underground pipes not being reused will be cap and abandoned in place. All work and waste disposal will comply with existing applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances governing work. The project would replace an older system with an improved and energy efficient system.
