Document Description
The purpose of this project is the annual application of dust suppression products on designated Ocotillo Wells SVRA entrance roads to help the park comply with the Dust Control Plan mandated by Rule 800 of the Imperial County State Implementation Plan for PM 10 compliance. Treated trails include but are not limited to Ranger Station Road, Main Street, Wolfe Well Road, Ocotillo Road, County Line Road, Cooksy Trail, Cahuilla Trail, Poleline Road, Holly Road, 4x4 Obstacle Road, and Crossover Camp. Dust control products may contain lignin sulfonate, calcium or magnesium chloride, polymers, or a proprietary blend of more than one.
