Yafet Tekeste of Tekeste Holding Group LLC requested a license transition from provisional to annual for a small mixed light tier one cultivation license. The Project is located at APN 002-640-006 in Nevada County. The Project is located on a rural, 20.22 -acre parcel in an Agricultural zoning district. The Project will consist of a total of 9360 square feet of mature cannabis cultivation using mixed light techniques and a support area of 3,900 square feet. Water for irrigation will be supplied by an existing well.

The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that project is consistent with the development density established by
existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects
which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis.
