The project proposes to replace the existing slip-lined culverts, and the damaged headwall, reconstruct embankment and install Rock Slope Protection (RSP) and traffic safety measures in both directions, and perform rock scaling on State Route (SR)-74 between Post Mile (PM) 47.1 and PM 53.5 in the County of Riverside. All work will be within the State Right of Way.
