Document Description
The project consists of constructing a new 1.8-mile segment of overhead 230 kilo volt transmission line and a small (4.69 acre) substation. To construct and maintain this new line, 0.002 miles of existing access road would be improved from a dirt track to a 6-inch gravel-base road, and 0.994 miles of new gravel-based access road would be constructed for this project. There are five locations where access road construction requires the placement of culverts for crossing roadside ditches.
