Document Description
The project is limited to the widening of the existing road at Coulter Lane from 12 to 18 feet. The extension of Coulter Lane, terminating in a new cul-de-sac with driveway stubs serving the proposed subdivision. The road improvements and extension will require the installation of approximately 411 linear feet of new culverts, the replacement of 84 linear feet of existing culverts, rock slope protection on the inlets and outlets in five areas along Coulter Lane, and a 19-foot retaining wall. One common fig (Ficus carica) tree and one red willow (Salix laevigata) tree both less than 4 inches in diameter will be removed. One utility pole will also be relocated. All ground disturbing activities will be conducted when the tributary is dry.
