Document Description
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to repair the pavement surface between post miles 0.65 to 6.0 on State Route 16 in Yolo County. The pavement surface will be cold in-place recycled and then overlaid with gap graded Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt. The gap graded overlay will allow water to sheet flow off the road as the overlay is impervious to water.
