Document Description
This is an application for a Use Permit to establish a Personal Improvement Service use within an existing multi-tenant building. The first being “Gutsy Mama, LLC” and the second would be “The OWL School and Resource Center”. The OWL School and Resource Center is a registered private school with the State of California and has received grant funds to provide support services to residents of Pittsburg. The applicant would provide both consultations and resources and make available private tutoring as well as specialized services from contractors.
