Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for access to Sue-meg State Park to allow for vegetation management activities consisting of trimming up to 4 trees and/or removal up to 4 of trees adjacent to, or under the Trinidad 12 kilovolt (kV) GEMA Distribution line. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
