Caltrans is proposing to restore the roadway to a condition that requires minimal maintenance on State Route 161 in Siskiyou County. The project will perform a cold in place recycling on existing pavement and then place a 0.15’ thin blanket of Hot Mix Asphalt, MMA traffic stripe, and shoulder backing.
