The Project includes activities involved in the restoration of an existing
structure, a steel pipeline associated with the Mono Bear Siphon, damaged by the Creek Fire. The Project will not
result in an expansion of current use of the existing structure and will not have significant environmental impacts if it
is completed under the protective features of Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-FRE-36372-R4.
