Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-35679-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jerome Leiner. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is for monitoring and maintenance of an existing 18-inch diameter culvert pond outlet. The pond outlets to an unnamed tributary to Burright Creek. Water from the pond is not diverted for consumptive use, and is stored for fire protection. Work for this encroachment will include routine maintenance of the culvert to allow for unobstructed flow to the stream channel. If significant additional work is required, such as culvert replacement, a new notification or an amendment to this Agreement will be required.
