Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-35422-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Amy Rathbone. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site visit on February 8, 2023. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. One encroachment is for the installation of a culvert on an unnamed tributary to South Fork Big River. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, installation of a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
