Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry (ROE) to property owners adjacent to Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park to allow tree crews to remove one (1) Douglas fir tree located on their property to alleviate fire concerns. Prior to tree felling, State Parks staff will remove a portion of the Park’s boundary fence and reinstall the fence once the work is complete. The tree proposed for removal will be felled onto State Park’s property, potentially damaging 6 to 8 trees on park property. Tree removal crews will be responsible for the removal of the felled/damaged trees and associated debris.
