Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing 6,400 square foot multi-use building on-site and construct a new, 8,000 square foot multi-use building which would serve as a replacement for the existing structure. The current multi-use building contains administrative offices, multi-use space, and a cafeteria. The new multi-use building would have a maximum height of approximately 25 feet and contain a food service area and multi-use space. In addition, the project would demolish the existing play structures to the east of the existing multi-use building and install new play structures in the same location. No additional teaching stations are proposed as part of this project and student capacity would not increase.
