Document Description
Resurface, restore, and rehabilitate SR 99 and add an auxiliary lane between California Avenue and the southbound SR 99 to eastbound SR 58 connector ramp. The auxiliary lane will require the construction of a new retaining wall, widening of the California Avenue undercrossing, and replacement of the Palm Avenue overcrossing. Also, a soundwall will be constructed between the Wilson Road overcrossing and the Wible Road overcrossing, in Kern County.
