The roads have been damaged due to ongoing wear and tear and failure of the subbase. These conditions provide an unsafe condition for drivers, especially during heavy fog or rain. The purpose of this project is to repair the roads along Pool 18. Approximately 12 miles of primary and secondary access roads will be repaired. This work is necessary to maintain and inspect the Aqueduct. California State Water Project Contractors will benefit.
