Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to rehabilitate a segment of State Route 32 (SR-32) in Glenn County between the Interstate 5 (I-5) Separation to the Glenn County Line before the Sacramento Bridge. This project proposes to preserve the pavement by cold plane and overlay along the project limits. The project also proposes to close the gap in the existing sidewalk at the track crossing of the California Northern Railroad (CFNR) West Valley Subdivision with SR32 in Orland and extend the life of existing drainage systems deemed in poor condition by replacing or lining the culverts. Furthermore, the project will upgrade non-ADA compliant curb ramps, upgrade existing guardrail, and non-compliant sign panels to current standards.
