The City of Hanford determined the project to be exempt from environmental review pursuant to 15303 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, the project is categorically exempt from future environmental review. None of the exceptions under CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply to this project. The proposed project will not result in cumulative impacts of successive projects of the same type in the same place, is not located within or near a scenic highway, road, or corridor, is not located on a hazardous waste site, and does not involve any change to a historical resource.
