Agricultural Erosion Control Plan – Track I ECPA – PETERSON VINEYARD: VINEYARD CONVERSION – ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW of land disturbing activities on slopes greater than 5% associated with Agricultural Erosion Control Plan (ECPA) #P22-00289-ECPA for the clearing of vegetation, earthmoving, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures for installation of vineyard on a 14.3-acre parcel. The project specifically comprises the conversion to vineyard of 7.2 gross acres (5.3 net acres) of gently sloped (9-10%, with ~0.1 acres over 30%) blue oak woodland (0.8 acres of 4.9 total woodland acres converted), white leafed manzanita chaparral (6.1 acres of 6.8 acres converted, chaparral removal will be further reduced due to a mitigation measure that requires protection of Holly-leafed ceanothus), and California annual grassland (0.3 acres of 2.5 converted), located within the Rector Reservoir Domestic watershed consisting of approximately 14.3-acres (APN 032-500-025; 3496 Soda Canyon Road) approximately 8.0 miles northeast of the City of Napa.
