Categorical Exception 15301. Existing Facilities allow for minor alteration of existing public topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing use. The project proposes modifications to the existing easement and parking lots, sidewalks, and planters as well as the addition of new sidewalks for ADA safety, bicycle facilities, including mobility improvements such as pedestrian crossings, street trees, and other similar alterations that do not create additional automobile lanes or parking.
