Document Description
Reconfigure the landscaping around the Shore buildings and lobby at Marconi Conference Center State Historic Park to create a new gathering space for visitors and staff. Work will:
•Redesign the existing planted area and replant with native and California adapted plants;
•Create a seating area within the existing lawn area;
•Update the pathways with barrier logs, benches, and lighting; and
•Add an accessible ramp to the rear entrance of lobby.
To comply with the Fire Marshall requirements, no mulch will be placed within 5 feet of any buildings.
