The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has approved Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-40348-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Palm Canyon Group LLC. The Project is limited to impacts to streams associated with the construction of residential development that will involve the installation of two outfall structures, constructed using ungrouted riprap, in the West Cathedral Canyon Wash and the filling of an unnamed tributary to West Cathedral Canyon Wash.
