Document Description
The project proposes to add an asphalt concrete overlay, paved 8-foot wide shoulders, shoulder backing, and traffic striping along East Mountain View Avenue between South Fowler Avenue and South McCall Avenue. East Mountain View is a two-lane undivided rural road classified as a Major Collector. Existing pavement width is approximately 24 feet with existing right-of-way within the project's limit is between 40-60 feet. Right-of-way acquisition will occur along with utility relocation for electrical poles and electrical boxes will also occur. Private improvements such as mailboxes and irrigation standpipes within the County's right-of-way will be relocated.
